Bradcor Armature Winders cc was established in Jacobs in October 1967 and has remained in the Jacobs area ever since.  In January 2005 the company aligned itself with the Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) in terms of the Broad Based Economic Empowerment Act.

All members are actively involved with the day-to-day operations of the company and are committed in maintaining its reputation for supplying the highest quality armature winding service in the industry.

The work force, which stands at 42, consists of Management, Clerks, Skilled Artisans, Winders and Labourers. Our technical personnel have a vast knowledge and experience in their respective fields. All personnel are dedicated and understand that the products and services provided are of the utmost importance to the company’s continued well-being. They also pride themselves in building a reputation of quality, reliability and excellent service to the customer.

Our scope of work covers rewinding, servicing and overhauling of AC and DC Motors, Welding Machines, Transformers, Alternators, Brake and Clutches as well as Mechanical work. We have a iTIG Surge Tester – Winding Analyzer for accurate fault finding and winding testing. This is carried out on site or in our fully equipped workshop. We also have a full in-house machine and balancing shop.
